Capitan Rosado has won numerous awards through his career including being a Reserve Color Champion at a CABA Show. He has incredible presence as a medium boned male with noticeably erect proud posture and conformation. His crias inherit his imposing, prancing walk. He sired both a 2001 AOBA Color Champion as well as A Reserve Color Champion the same year. Since then he had not been utilized much by two small farms. A son did place 2nd in the Bay Black class at the 2005 AWE show. We were fortunate to be able to purchase him as the two farms retired from the Alpaca business in 2005. We offer him for a special re-introductory breeding and have bred him on our farm which resulted in an outstanding 2006 female cria- Syrah. We would consider selling an half interest in him.
